Internship Programs

We provide internship opportunities to high school and university students that would like to complete their mandatory internships according to quotas determined at our functional units.

Mentorship

In order to ensure our employees can find the guidance that they need to develop themselves in personal and professional areas, we bring them together with our experienced managers in the scope of In-House Mentorship Program. Thanks to this program, our employees can consolidate their awareness of their strong sides and sides that are open to development with correct feedback, thus realizing their potential to give direction to their careers.

With celebrations on special days, various communication activities and informative meetings we realize activities that would reinforce communication and with our hobby clubs we ensure socialization of our employees.

Selahattin Gül

Index Grup Director of Administrative Affairs

I am the number 1 employee of the number 1 company in Turkey in informatics sector. I met with Index in 1989, when I was still an undergraduate student in college. During the years that passed, I took part in establishment of various departments. Now I am continuing to work at the group as the Director of Administrative Affairs. I am the first-hand witness of how dreams on Index come true one after another. This is makes me very proud and a very special feeling. Being in this structure where I can develop myself, raise others and work in a constantly changing, developing, and progressing environment with people in every generation is amazing. For me, Index elegantly blends family culture, working, constantly developing, innovation, and team work. Being in this structure and gaining all life’s experiences here is priceless.

Atilla Hançer

Index AŞ Senior Sales Manager

I joined Index Grup family in 1994 and worked as Logistics and Warehouse Services Specialist and Current Accounts Manager for a long time. Afterwards I continued working in the group as Index Bilgisayar Retail Channels Manager. Now, I am continuing to work as Senior Sales Manager in the Retail Sales Group. In a career journey full of opportunities, a nice team and a peaceful working environment is the most important factor in loving your job. Index Grup provided an exciting and a nice journey where I spent my youth and found the chance to progress year after year by adding on top of my knowledge and experience.

Aynur Giritli

Index AŞ HP Business Unit Manager

I joined Index Grup family in 2002 where I first worked at software sales department. Afterwards I assumed the duty of product manager for valuable global brands in marketing division. I have been working as Business Unit Manager of an esteemed international brand as HP for several years. I started that duty with great thrill and believe that this thrill contributed to my job to a great extent. I believe performing a job without feeling excited about it, is one of the biggest obstacles preventing achieving long lasting successes. Index Grup culture and support of our senior managers have always been very effective in increasing and continuing my thrill and motivation.

Eda Yıldız

Netex AŞ IBM Software Channel Sales Manager

I joined Index Grup family in 2017. In the global leading Turkish informatics company, I am in charge of sales of IBM software products that is a global brand. Working with IBM gives me a different outlook and a good experience for the future of my career. Index Grup presents quite significant opportunities to learn new information in my specialty, follow software world closely, and develop skills to take initiatives in business performance processes. I have been working at Diyarbakır branch of Index Grup as South and Southeastern Anatolia Regional Representative for 21 years. We undersign many enjoyable projects with our business partners in Diyarbakır which is a bridge to 13 important cities in Turkey. This formation both developed my relations with humans and changed my perception of the world. In addition to adding value to our job as Index Grup, we take place in many social responsibility projects and are happy to touch different lives. Working at a company that achieves firsts in the informatics sector makes me very proud and enjoy my work.

Index Grup Corporate Communications Specialist

I met with Index Grup in 2012 when I graduated from college. I started working at Administrative Affairs and continued as Retail Sales Assistant and Retail Customer Representative. Right now I am continuing to work as Index Grup Corporate Communications Specialist. I joined the Index Grup family at a very young age and working with very experienced managers I found the opportunity to develop myself both personally and professionally.

Netex AŞ Product Manager

After I graduated from Gebze Technical University Department of Business Administration, I met with Index Grup in 2017 and stepped into the world of Information Technologies. I started this journey as Assistant Product Manager at Netex AŞ and have been continuing to work as Product Manager since 2018. Working at Netex AŞ gave direction to trainings I wanted to take and guided my career target. Being immersed with sales and technology at Index Grup keeps me dynamic and I continue to develop myself every day.
